Intellectual Property:
All designs, plans, and models created by Exteriors Interiors remain the intellectual property of Exteriors Interiors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Project Timelines:
Project timelines are provided based on estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to meet deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Payment Terms:
Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in project delays and additional charges.
Revisions and Changes:
Reasonable revisions and changes are accommodated during the design process. However, excessive alterations may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality:
Exteriors Interiors ensures the confidentiality of client information and project details. Any confidential information shared will be protected.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination fees may apply, and the client will be responsible for outstanding payments.
Limitation of Liability:
Exteriors Interiors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Constitution of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
